Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, appointments are necessary. I have made this easy for you with online booking and if you have contacted the salon phone or Facebook page I endeavour to get back to you at my fastest. Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you are running late please send me through a text or FB message and if you are 15 minutes late or more we will reschedule your appointment (if needed) to ensure I do not over run into my next client. You may also book your next appointment while you are at the salon on completion of your service, so you don't have to worry about it at a later date.
Confirming or cancelling your appointment.
A text message will be sent to the number you have provided the day before your appointment, please respond to this text to confirm.
If cancelling your appointment I would be very grateful if you could please let me know 24 hours (1 working day) beforehand as sometimes these spots can be hard to fill with short notice. I understand that life happens and sometimes things may arise that are out of your control or are unexpected, in which I will happily reschedule your appointment for you. However, if you just create a habit of continously changing your appointment or you simply forgot to show up, a non-refundable booking fee may be required to book your next treatment, which will come off the total of your service on the day.
Can I bring my children?
I love children and I have some of my own, however I try to provide the most relaxing enviroment in salon and it would be preferred if you left your children at home with a minder. As a fellow mum, I know you deserve and will appreciate the 'me time' this will give you.
If you have a baby in a capsule that may sleep your short appointment away, then this is okay. It is more the issue of little hands grabbing at items that are not safe for children and I am also not insured for the wee ones to be in my salon! I would prefer to be giving you my full attention.
As beautiful as enhancements are, they need to be cared for properly. As with any treatment, I will give you the correct aftercare advice at your appointment to ensure you are aware of how to do this. If a breakage or lifting occurs to any enhancement within the first 4 days this will be fixed for you free of charge. (I do need to be notified straight away). However, if this occurs later than 4 days this is due to wear and tear or improper care and there will be a small fee for each nail to be repaired, please don't forget this when coming along for your backfill, too!
Gel polish manicures are slightly less maintenance however issues can still arise, if these were to happen due to the quality of the service, this will happen pretty quickly after! Therefore, if you should need any nail repairs with gel polish within the first 48 hours this will be free of charge, and anything after will have a small fee. Gel polish nails should just grow out with your nail, and will last for (2-3) weeks depending on your lifestyle.
